Monitoring Service

Our Monitoring Service is a simplified form of the completion bond. It is a monitoring service where we review all the conditions of a project before the shooting starts and verify that the project is manageable based off the received materials. We then supervise the production throughout the shooting period and postproduction, all the way to delivery. With a Monitoring Service the financial risks are covered by the financiers concerning potential overreaches.  

We perform a similar analysis as before a completion bond and we review the entire documentation for the project. All underlying agreements like financing, budget, rights, scripts, production plans, shooting schedule, and postproduction, will be reviewed, analyzed and confirmed to be accurate and feasible.    

 After the analysis, once shooting starts, we will take on regular meetings with the producer as well as make on-set visits. We will look at the daily production reports and send a written bond report to the financiers, every other week, to keep them up to date on the status of the project. We will maintain close contact with the production, keep a close eye on the progress of the shoot, and advise the producer if potential issues or changes arise.
